Before founding CarbonSifr, Onur was VP of Strategy at Talabat MENA, driving growth and product expansion. He spent over 8 years at BCG, advising on strategy, impact assessment, and digitization in the Gulf region. Onur has lived in the UAE since 2007.

Mustafa Bosca

Chief Decarbonization Officer & Co-Founder

Prior, Mustafa led social impact and banking practice areas in the region as Managing Director and Partner of BCG. He worked at the Islamic Development Bank, funding projects in Africa, Asia, and Bangladesh.He holds an MBA from INSEAD.

Muhammed Yildirim

COO & Co-Founder

Before CarbonSifr, Yildirim was Managing Director at Talabat MENA, overseeing operations in the UAE, Kuwait, and Oman, and leading expansions into Iraq and Egypt. He also played a key role in Talabat’s major mergers. Prior to this, he contributed to BitOasis, Insider, and built other tech startups.

Before, Thijs was Director of Strategy at Talabat MENA, leading critical ecosystem programs and marketing & strategic partnerships. Prior, he's helped brands like Adidas, MINI, AirBnB, MasterCard, and others grow significantly through marketing initiatives.
